America needs to know the kolache... Several years ago, our founder (a native Texan), was on vacation in Florida and decided he’d surprise the family with breakfast. He headed to the nearest bakery and ordered a dozen kolaches, only to discover that they’d never even heard of a kolache. Several more unsuccessful attempts convinced him - the rest of the country was missing out, and the idea for Fruhstucks was born.
